Mixed chart #2

The chart illustrates what Anthropology students decided to do after completing their degree and how much money they earned from work after half a decade.

Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the majority of the graduates did full-time work. Furthermore, the type of job that had the largest percentage of workers with the highest income was the government sector.

Graduates simultaneously studying a higher degree and having a part-time job accounted for the lowest figure at just 5%. The second least-picked option was to pursue further education full-time, which stood at a mere 8%, equalling that of graduates with no information. On the contrary, more than a half of them worked full-time, making up the most significant figure at 52%. Moreover, the proportion of graduates taking part-time positions was slightly higher than the unemployed, contributing 15% and 12% respectively.

The table demonstrates that workers in the government sector were largely extremely well-paid, with 30% in the $75,000 – 99,999 range, 50% in the $100,000+ bracket, while only 5% and 15% of them received salaries of $25,000 – 49,999 and $50,000 – 74,999 respectively. Freelance consultants witnessed a similar pattern with the same figures for the two lowest paying scales, with 40% earning $75,000 – 99,999 and $100,000+. Private companies displayed a clear divergence in their employees’ income, with 10% in the lowest paying band, a striking 35% making $50,000 – 74,999, whereas 25% and 30% of them got $75,000 – 99,999 and $100,000+ in their respective order.
