The maps below give information about a plan to redevelop an industrial site.
The maps illustrate how an industrial area will be transformed in the future. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that this site is planned to become more residential, with the introduction of houses with varying numbers of bedrooms, gardens, and an apartment. Within this vicinity, private roads and parking garages will also be constructed.
The space previously occupied by entrance and reception will be replaced in favor of a significantly expanded area for three houses with two bedrooms each and public gardens. This particular area will be accessible through private roads on three sides and Chimney Road on one side. In addition, on the opposite side of the layout, the complete removal of an office building alongside a canteen will make space for new parking garages.
Looking next at the eastern side of the map, a factory will be converted into a slightly larger area, where a parking space and an apartment will emerge. In the west, a circular parking space and a storage area will be demolished to accommodate three-bedroom houses at the corner where Toe Lane and Chimney road meet and four-bedroom houses at the junction of Toe Lane and Swallow Street.
