Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the office building will witness the rearrangements of office spaces and the addition of facilities such as a coffee machine and chairs. There are also future plans to repurpose the grass areas and remove both a kitchen and a canteen in the building.
Looking first of all at the bottom of the floor plan, there used to be a total of four adjoining offices, but they will be merged into two larger ones, which are separated by an entrance. On the opposite side, both the kitchen and the canteen are planned to be removed in favor of two offices, with a nearby storeroom remaining untouched.
The grass areas on the left and right sides of the layout will be utilized for other purposes, with the former being converted into a seating area and the latter into a meeting area, both of which are equipped with chairs. Only the entrance to the seating area outdoors will remain unchanged, whereas a water closet will be repositioned to the top right corner of the building adjacent to a newly installed coffee machine.
