Expenses of studying overseas

The table and the chart below provide a breakdown of the total expenditure and the average amount of money spent by students per week while studying abroad in 4 countries.

The table indicates the expenses of studying overseas in various nations and the bar chart illustrates how much money students spent weekly on average. 

Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the cost to live in country A is highest, followed by country B, C and lastly D. All countries recorded the greatest living costs, except for country D, where tuition fees are most significant. 

Regarding the total expenditure of pursuing education in foreign countries, country A’s figure is most considerable, at 875$, with country B trailing slightly at 735$. Country C and D’s data are comparable, with the former accounting for 540$ and the latter $435. 

Students’ average spending in country A is unevenly distributed among the three studied categories, with living cost being highest at $430, then tuition at $358, and accommodation at $220. A similar pattern can be observed in country B, as the largest amount of money is allocated to living costs at $350, while smaller amounts go towards tuition and accommodation at $320 and $280, respectively. Country C registered the least notable disparity in spending, with living costs at $275, tuition at $250, and accommodation at $240. Finally, only students in country D spent the most money on tuition fees at 235$, whereas living and accommodation costs are marginally lower at $225 and $200, for each.
