Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the production of carbonated beverages consists of a total of five main stages. These include water purification, followed by the addition of carbon dioxide and various ingredients, and finally packaging and delivery.
In the first stage, raw water passes through a filter before it is softened and treated with chemicals. The pure water is then pumped into electric heaters and transferred through a cooling tube into a large tank where carbon dioxide is injected, resulting in the formation of bubbles.
In the following stages, the carbonated water goes through a long pipe to reach a mixing tank, where it is blended with colouring, syrup, and flavor. After undergoing a second filtration, it is poured into sealed bottles and cans prior to being packaged in carefully labeled carton boxes and ultimately delivered by truck for distribution.
