Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that all factories will be demolished to make space for facilities ranging from shops to a school and a medical center to a playground. One noticeable change is that the road is planned to become much more extensive with the introduction of two additional roads connected to the central roundabout.
There is a roundabout in the center of the map at present, which is surrounded by many factories and linked with a road running to the east of Norbiton. This roundabout will be surrounded by housing instead of factories in the future, with shops being built to its southwest and a hospital to its southeast. The road going to the east will also have residential areas on both sides, with a playground to the north and a school at the end.
There will be the construction of a smaller roundabout in the south and a bridge over the river in the north of the town. Furthermore, there are plans for new housing in the farmland at the top of the map, whereas no changes will be made to the western region.
