Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the science park has become more accessible with the addition of bicycle lanes, paths and a bus stop. The park also witnessed a decline in natural land and an increase in the total space occupied by facilities.
In the northwest of the park, grassland has been removed in favor of a research and development center, while the business units and woodland close by are unaltered. Offices located in the north of the park now have a university hub instead of a reception, which can be accessed through the research and development center.
Looking at the southeastern area of the park, the expansion of a cyber security building has necessitated changes to the surrounding area including the shrinking of a car park, the complete removal of grassland and the partial clearing of woodland. The IT center in the south of the park has been transformed into an innovation center, whereas the woodland nearby is untouched. A new railway station has been established in the southernmost area of the park, which offers direct access to the cyber security building, the innovation center, and the car park. Relatedly, a cycle path has been built along the road that runs through the central area of the park and now links with a new bus stop at a sharp bend in the east.
